Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Tradevis (“Tradevis”, “we”, “us”) regarding your use of the Tradevis iOS application (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tradevis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using Tradevis you confirm you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you.

Tradevis is not available in jurisdictions where retail forex/CFD trading is prohibited or where the app would otherwise violate local law. You are responsible for confirming legality in your location.

3. The service

Tradevis is an educational coaching tool for retail forex and CFD traders. Features include:

• Strategy profile management (methodology, timeframes, risk preferences)
• An in-app AI assistant that comments on your trading setups and provides post-trade analysis, with optional spoken (text-to-speech) responses
• An AI overlay on the chart that gives a setup verdict and a structured trade plan for your current pair, with optional one-tap approval to place the trade at your connected broker
• A market scanner that runs server-side on a fixed schedule and pushes educational signal notifications to subscribers (the signals are shared across all subscribers, not personalised)
• Trading-DNA analytics derived from your trade journal (best/worst hours, sessions, pairs)
• Psychology coaching prompts that watch for consecutive losses, revenge trading, and overtrading patterns
• A persistent memory store you can teach with lessons and rules that the AI recalls in future conversations
• Optional read-only or trading-enabled connection to your MetaTrader 4/5 broker via MetaApi
• An optional in-app trading checklist with rules you can enable (e.g. block trade placement inside a high-impact news window)

The app does not execute or settle trades on your behalf without your action; we are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser. All order execution happens at your broker through MetaApi. Server-generated scanner signals are pushed for educational purposes only — placing a trade based on a signal is always your decision and your action.

4. Not financial advice

This is the most important section. Read it carefully.

• Any analysis, signal, suggestion, commentary, score, or rationale displayed in Tradevis is for educational purposes only.
• Tradevis is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The AI may produce signals that are wrong or that contradict the actual market.
• You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make. You should consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions and conduct your own research.
• We make no representation that you will earn a profit or avoid a loss using Tradevis. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or analysis is not indicative of future results.
• Trading carries a high risk of loss including the loss of your entire deposit and, with leveraged products, more than your initial deposit. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

5. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tradevis account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6. Connecting your broker

If you choose to connect a MetaTrader 4/5 broker account, you do so through MetaApi using a read-only investor password or, where you elect to place trades, a trading-enabled password. Tradevis stores broker connection metadata so the connection persists across sessions; passwords are handled by MetaApi and not retained by us in plaintext.

Trades you initiate in Tradevis are sent to your broker through MetaApi. Execution speed, slippage, and order rejection are governed by your broker. We are not responsible for broker-side issues including downtime, connection problems, or rejected orders.

7. Subscription & auto-renewal

Tradevis offers a paid subscription (“Tradevis Pro”) that unlocks the AI features beyond the free-tier daily limits.

What Tradevis Pro unlocks:

• AI Trade Approval — one-tap setup verdict with structured trade plan on the chart
• Smart Signal Scanner — push notifications when our server-side scanner finds a setup that passes our gates
• Trading DNA Analytics — personal patterns from your trade journal (best/worst hours, sessions, pairs)
• Psychology Coaching — consecutive-loss alerts, revenge-trade detection, overtrading warnings
• Persistent Memory — saved lessons the AI recalls across conversations
• Chart AI Overlay — in-context AI commentary on the chart pane with optional spoken responses

Plans, prices, and renewal:

• Subscription title: Tradevis Pro
• Weekly plan: US$11.99 per week, automatically renewing every 7 days.
• Monthly plan: US$39.99 per month, automatically renewing every 1 month.
• Yearly plan: US$299.99 per year, automatically renewing every 12 months.
• Prices are in US dollars or the local equivalent set by Apple at the time of purchase. The price for any renewal will be the price in effect at the time of renewal.
• Auto-renewal: Every plan automatically renews at the end of its period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account is charged: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.
• Managing your subscription: Subscriptions can be managed by you, and auto-renewal can be turned off, in your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.
• Changing plan: You can switch between weekly, monthly, and yearly plans via Apple’s subscription settings; Apple handles any proration between plans.

8. Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue or deny refunds for App Store transactions.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tradevis to provide financial advice to others, redistribute signals, or operate a paid signal service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the app or its backend, except as permitted by mandatory law.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or authentication.
• Use the app to violate any law including securities, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering law.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system used to deliver the app, or breach any security measure.

10. Intellectual property

Tradevis, including its name, logo, source code, graphics, and AI prompts, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11. Disclaimers

Tradevis is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular use. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Broker connections may fail.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tradevis (or its operator) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading capital, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for direct damages, where liability cannot be excluded by law, is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Tradevis (and its operator) harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your trading decisions, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Croatia. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the protections of mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory rights under EU consumer law, which apply in addition to these Terms where mandatory.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
